At Protocolsyrstake, we take pride in providing high-quality gift wrapping and handmade gift services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Gift Wrapping Services

Since gift wrapping is a service performed on your items, returns of wrapped gifts are not applicable in the traditional sense. However:

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our wrapping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your wrapped gift
  • We will work with you to resolve any issues, including re-wrapping if necessary
  • Refunds for wrapping services will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Handmade Gift Items

For handmade gift items purchased directly from Protocolsyrstake:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where applicable
  • Custom or personalized items are generally non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Protocolsyrstake

Cancellation Policy

For service cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but before work begins may incur a cancellation fee
  • Once work has begun on your order, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds will be at our discretion

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Return Shipping

For returns of physical items:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Protocolsyrstake is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
